Having an economic education, I have worked in both the public sector and construction – but I have always been curious about the agricultural field. My father was a farm manager, so I have been interested in field crops and livestock since childhood. When the opportunity arose in 2016 to join “BTU-CENTER” as a sales manager, I didn’t hesitate for long: this is a Ukrainian producer of bioproducts with a soil research base, a real treasure for any farmer!

At the start of my journey with the company, I coordinated sales to agricultural producers in the Kyiv region. I actively studied how the products work – their composition, how they affect grains or plants, and how they interact with other biological and chemical agents. I realized I wanted an agronomy education, so I enrolled in a master's program at VNAU while continuing to work and later pursued postgraduate studies at NUBiP. I was pleasantly surprised when, even during my studies, “BTU-CENTER” offered me the position of leading the team of agronomist consultants for the Central region! However, even as a leader, I always support my colleagues and treat them as equals – my foundation.

I joined BTU-CENTER in 2018 as a CRM system operator. I worked with databases, ensuring all information was entered correctly and in full. Back then, I saw the job as a temporary gig for a couple of months and had no idea that BTU-CENTER would become a long-term part of my life. While working with CRM, I collaborated with various departments but interacted the most with the marketing department. I was drawn to their activities – organizing events, launching advertising campaigns, filming, working with analytics, and more. On top of that, the team was young and friendly – I realized I wanted to work there. After a few months, I was offered an internship in the marketing department and decided to try it.

Over the past five years, I have completed numerous courses, both internal and external, traveled all over Ukraine, organized hundreds of offline and online events (including international ones), and learned to launch advertising campaigns and websites in Ukraine and Germany. I discovered an entire world of internet advertising and agronomy. We have a young team, and there’s always room for a good joke. During this time, both the company and I have grown and evolved significantly.

Today, I am the Lead Internet Marketing Manager. There is still so much to learn—it’s too early to stop. This is what I love about my job—there’s no routine, we are always coming up with something new, and there’s always work to be done. That’s what keeps me motivated.

As a child, I dreamed of becoming the head of a collective farm because that person was a trustworthy authority figure for me. So, choosing a profession was evident, and I pursued an education in agronomy at Uman Agricultural Academy. However, by the time I graduated, collective farms were already dissolving and being privatized. That’s when I realized I truly enjoyed helping farmers solve their problems.

Since 2013, I’ve been working at “BTU-CENTER.” Over the years, I’ve come to believe that you can only sell a product you genuinely trust. For farmers, it’s not just about purchasing a bioproduct but also having the support of an agronomist. When we meet with clients, the agronomist starts by listening and asking questions on-site. I always have a tailored package offer for every situation. Experience has shown me that sometimes it only takes ten seconds to establish a connection with someone.

I earned my first higher education degree at the National University of Food Technologies, specializing as a Technologist, and my second at the Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics. I worked in my field for a long time, but in 2015, I felt the need for change. That’s when my journey at “BTU-CENTER” began.

My job is to ensure the proper delivery and transportation of goods. I handle orders, manage warehouses, oversee the loading process and document preparation, and coordinate international logistics. Our production involves many challenges, as things don’t always go according to plan. However, I love the pace of my work and feel great in such a dynamic environment.

Our team values professionalism, a willingness to learn, discipline, and the ability to set precise tasks. I am always ready to ask questions and clarify details because it helps me become a better specialist. I also encourage everyone to learn English, as it’s crucial for career success. And most importantly, believe in your team, appreciate the people around you, and motivate them by setting an example.

My first degree is in healthcare, and my second is in psychology. I have been working at BTU-CENTER since 2016, having previously gained extensive experience as a microbiologist. Here, I have a fascinating job, as I am responsible for overseeing the production process, working with cultures, smears, and bacteria, and managing 15 employees in two laboratories.

It is very important for me to maintain good relationships with people and create a positive atmosphere within the team, and my knowledge of psychology helps me achieve this. I also believe that professional success depends not so much on specialized education as on the desire to work and attention to detail.

My parents worked in biotechnology, so I chose this path and earned my degree at the National University of Food Technologies. When I started university in 1995, biotechnology was seen as futuristic. It’s our present reality, and I’m happy to be working in this field.

I have been working at “BTU-CENTER” for 13 years. When I joined the company, the production facility began equipment installation, and the team consisted of only a few employees. It was a formative period, so I had to take on various tasks and act as a “jack-of-all-trades.”

Now, I plan the work for the entire production process at the company. We receive client orders and distribute tasks to ensure everything is completed on time, considering delivery deadlines and production capacities. This involves calculating the required raw materials, delegating tasks and workloads, and maintaining constant communication with all departments.

I enjoy non-standard tasks where I can use a creative approach.
