Terms of Use of the Website
User Agreement
I (hereinafter referred to as “I” and/or the “User”) agree to the terms of this User Agreement and, by using the website btu-center.com (hereinafter the “Website”) and/or other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “BTU-CENTER Online Platform” and/or the “Online Platform”), including but not limited to placing orders, correspondence, phone calls, submitting reviews, etc., I give my consent to the processing and protection of my personal data as a User, in the scope, manner and for the purposes defined in the Personal Data Processing Policy, available here (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy” and/or the “Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy”).
Personal Data
In addition to the Policy, in order to comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, by completing an order form on the Online Platform and clicking the “Place Order” button, I hereby consent to the processing, storage, and use of my personal data specified in the order form.
I also agree that the Data Controller has the right to grant access to and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notification, without changing the purpose of data processing as defined in the Policy and this User Agreement. This includes verification of the information provided by me and its transfer, if necessary, to third parties, which may include financial institutions, collection agencies, mobile and postal service providers, telecommunications service providers, and other individuals and/or legal entities.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal information. This User Agreement establishes the rules followed by all employees of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested or obtained when visiting the BTU-CENTER Online Platform, using its services, placing orders, corresponding, making phone calls, or engaging in any other communication involving the exchange of data or information.

Information We Collect
On the BTU-CENTER Online Platform, when you place an order, participate in promotions or research, or otherwise interact with us, we collect both personal information and general data.
Personal information relates to an identifiable user and is processed in the manner, scope, and for the purposes defined in the Policy. We do not require registration or the provision of personal information to browse the Online Platform or access its content.
To place orders for goods/services, participate in promotions or research, or otherwise interact with us, you must carefully review your rights and obligations regarding personal data processing as set forth in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, this User Agreement, and the Policy, and give your full consent to their terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of this User Agreement or the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy, please do not provide personal data.
You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time by sending an email with the subject line “Personal Data” to: [email protected]
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The term “personal data” is used in the meaning defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and includes information about the user as specified in the Policy.
We may process your personal data for the purposes defined in the Policy. One or several purposes may apply simultaneously.
We act in accordance with this User Agreement, the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy, and applicable Ukrainian legislation. The Data Controller is LLC “Trading House ‘BTU-CENTER’”, located at: 1/34 Akademika Amosova Street, Office 1, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Ukraine.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this User Agreement and the Policy.
How We Collect Information
The purposes and conditions of personal data processing are defined in the Policy.
Personal information is provided directly by you with your knowledge and consent. For example:
when you register on the Online Platform;
when you participate in promotional campaigns;
when you place an order (to process and deliver it);
when you contact us by email (to respond to your inquiry).
We also automatically collect general information when you visit our Online Platform using cookie technologies, as described below.
Account Deletion
The BTU-CENTER Online Platform does not provide a personal user account or personal dashboard.
Cookies
Like many companies, we use cookies on our Online Platform and beyond. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the Online Platform to a user’s hard drive to store data related to the Platform. Cookies enhance your browsing experience by saving your preferences. They do not contain personal information and cannot access or configure your system or read data from your hard drive.
Temporary cookies are used to count visits and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be stored by your browser and indicate whether you are a first-time or returning visitor. Cookies do not contain personal data and can be disabled at any time.
We use cookies to analyze user preferences, improve content relevance, ensure security, prevent violations of this User Agreement, and protect the Online Platform from automated data extraction.
Most browsers allow you to manage cookie settings via the “Help” section. Please note that cookies enable full functionality of the BTU-CENTER Online Platform, and we recommend keeping them enabled.
Third-Party Websites and Social Media Plugins
The BTU-CENTER Online Platform may contain links to third-party websites not operated by LLC “Trading House ‘BTU-CENTER’”. These links are provided for informational purposes only. This User Agreement and the Policy do not apply to such websites.
The Online Platform may include plugins and modules from:
Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Telegram, Instagram, Viber, TikTok.
When visiting pages containing such plugins, your browser may connect directly to the servers of these services and transmit data about visited pages. Interaction with plugins may link this information to your social media account. Details on data processing by these services are available in their respective privacy policies.
Promotions and Contests
The BTU-CENTER Online Platform may host promotional campaigns with online registration. The information you provide is used to conduct the promotion (e.g., notifying winners). After the promotion ends, personal data is deleted unless you consent to further use.
By participating, you grant consent for the free use of your name, surname, photographs, interviews, or other materials for promotional purposes, including publication in media, print, audio, and video materials, without compensation.
Conditions for transferring personal data to third parties in such cases are defined in the Policy.
Prices and Product Availability
Product descriptions, prices, and availability on the Online Platform are subject to change. The total order amount may vary depending on price, quantity, and product availability at the time of shipment. The final price is specified in accounting and/or shipping documents provided upon delivery. If a product is unavailable, the seller may cancel the order unilaterally.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may engage third-party companies and individuals to perform functions such as order fulfillment, delivery, customer support, promotion management, and data analysis. These parties may have access to personal data only as necessary to perform their duties and are obligated to maintain confidentiality.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the Website (articles, videos, images, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or lawfully used by us. Any use of materials requires the author’s permission. Violations will result in liability under Ukrainian law.
Disclosure and Transfer of Data
Information regarding the disclosure and transfer of personal data to third parties is provided in the Policy.
Updates to This Agreement
By placing orders, participating in promotions, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to this User Agreement and the Policy.
We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Please review it periodically. Changes take effect upon publication. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
