From Strain to Finished Product
BTU Biotech Company provides contract manufacturing and R&D services for biological products, combining more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, microbiological expertise and industrial-scale production capabilities.
With a production capacity of more than 10,000 tonnes of biologicals per year, BTU operates four liquid production lines and two drying lines developed according to its own engineering designs. This infrastructure allows biological products to be scaled from pilot production to industrial volumes while maintaining stable titre, purity and product quality.
A key competitive advantage is BTU's own microorganism collection, which includes more than 250 strains covering major groups used in modern biologicals: nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphorus- and potassium-mobilising bacteria, mycorrhizal fungi, Trichoderma and other microorganisms. Partners can use proven BTU strains or provide their own strains for storage, reproduction, formulation and industrial scale-up.
BTU provides a full-cycle contract manufacturing service- from strain selection and R&D to formulation, production, packaging and export documentation. The company works with liquid and dry formulations, peat carriers, gels and microbial coatings applied to fertiliser granules or seeds.
The company's R&D and quality-control laboratories support product development and batch verification, while ISO 9001:2015 certification and organic farming certifications provide an additional quality framework.
